Nurse Made Simple is operated by AQC Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" and "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply when you use nursemadesimple.com or buy our books. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Our books are digital PDF files, in English. Right after purchase, we email you a link to your library, where you can download them anytime. Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
How you can use the books
When you buy, you get a personal license to use the books for your own study. You can keep the files on your own devices and print copies for yourself.
You may not share, resell, upload, or otherwise distribute the files, or use them to create a course, class, or competing product. The books and everything in them are © AQC Technologies LLC.
An independent study aid
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Assessment Technologies Institute, LLC (ATI), PSI, Elsevier (HESI), any college, university, nursing school or program, any state board of nursing, or OpenStax. ATI TEAS® and TEAS® are registered trademarks of Assessment Technologies Institute, LLC, and HESI® is a registered trademark of Elsevier Inc. Those names are used only to describe what the books cover.
We are not a school or a course. The books do not count toward any program's prerequisites, credits or admission requirements.
What the books cover
The books are a study aid for the ATI TEAS® 7, the entrance exam most nursing programs use. They are organized by ATI's published TEAS 7 content outline, section by section: Science, Math, English and Reading. They don't cover other entrance exams, such as the HESI A2, and they don't cover any program's own admission rules.
The books don't replace your prerequisite courses, your textbooks, or your program's admissions office. Exam content and program requirements change, so always check ATI's current information and your program's own page. There is no national pass mark; each program sets its own targets, and the targets our homepage shows were read from each program's own page on the date shown.
The books describe the human body, health and illness as exam content, so you can study for a test. They are not medical advice and are not training for patient care.
We work hard to keep every page accurate. If you spot an error, please email us and we'll fix it.
No guarantee of results

Limitation of liability
The books and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
